It seems to be getting easier to stay away from Sugars as each day goes by.
On the 8th day of the challenge I seem to be doing very well in regards to the cravings for Sugar. For breakfast I had a veggie shake with almond milk. Then I had two beef tacos with sprouts with a side of Quinoa for lunch and a few small peaches as an afternoon snack. This was enough for the day. Things are looking better every day.
